Delete your Sideline: Spons account
You can delete your Sideline: Spons account at any time (published by Braastad Software og App Utvikling). It's free and takes less than a minute.
In the app
- Open Sideline: Spons and go to My account.
- Scroll down to "Delete account" and tap the button.
- Confirm. You're signed out and the account is deleted.
On the web
- Sign in with your email at spons.sideline.no/konto
- Scroll down to "Delete account" and tap the button.
- Confirm. You're signed out and the account is deleted.
What is deleted and what is kept
- Your name, email address, pledges and notification settings are deleted. Your personal data is gone within 30 days.
- The team's match results and totals stay, without your name, so the team's accounts still add up.
- If you're a team's only admin, hand the role to someone else or delete the team first. A subscription must be cancelled before the account is deleted.
- Records of subscription payments are kept as long as accounting law requires.
